Mission Statement: We value community among our neighbors, historic preservation in our buildings, and social and economic diversity among current and future residents. Our goal is to create a neighborhood where owners take pride in their homes, the streets are safe and walkable, and people of all different backgrounds enjoy living, playing, and working.

Urban Times Neighborhood Fair

I wanted to invite you to join St. Clair Place at the Harrison Center for the Arts’ annual Urban Times Neighborhood Fair. The Neighborhood Fair is a part of September 3rd's First Friday art opening with 4 gallery exhibits and 24 open studios.

The Urban Times Neighborhood Fair celebrates living and doing business locally (and aims to recruit new residents!) by showcasing Indy’s urban neighborhoods, realtors, schools, and more. We’ll have a table with information and a volunteer on-hand to share all about our neighborhood. Along with 20+ booths to explore, there will be refreshments and a free raffle with prizes from local restaurants, retail stores, hair salons, etc.

When: 6:00 - 10:00 PM, Friday, September 3rd

Where: 1505 N Delaware Street. (The Neighborhood Fair will take place in the Gym.)
